Your Journey

Journey 2 Health educates, empowers, and inspires you to create positive, lasting change in your life.

While the program is designed to be completed over one year, there are no contracts, and you can cancel at any time. The only commitment is the one you make to yourself.


Our Guided and Coached journeys pair you with a health coach for that extra encouragement and guidance to identify and overcome barriers to change.

Team Support

Invite friends and family to join you on the program within your own private Team so that you can share ideas, discuss topics, and support each other along the way.


Your J2H lessons are designed to inform and inspire, not overwhelm. Miss a day, or a week? No worries -- it's easy to catch up whenever and wherever you like.


Brief lessons are delivered through the J2H App 3-5 times per week, each delving into an Eat Well, Move Well, or Live Well topic. Each lesson concludes with an actionable Daily Step that helps you implement the idea discussed.

From your Web browser to your iOS or Android smartphone, your J2H and health coach are everywhere you are. Everything happens within our easy-to-use J2H application.

Weekly Plan

Our weekly planning process integrates the Eat Well, Move Well, and Live Well pillars into your busy life, from shopping to scheduling your workouts and activities.


Complete a symptom screen and enter basic health metrics to assess your overall health. Followup assessments during your J2H help track your progress and achievements.

Daily Checkins

Daily Checkins are a quick and simple way to reflect on your day’s successes and challenges, and plan to make tomorrow even better.


Our workouts take the guesswork out of exercise. With options for interval training, bodyweight, weights, and more, a planned workout to build strength, safe movement patterns, and metabolic fitness is just a click away.
